These terms cover your use of the Decant app. By using Decant, you agree to them.
The app
Decant is an audio‑extraction utility for iOS. It extracts audio from videos you provide, on your own device. You’re responsible for having the right to extract audio from any video you use — only extract content you own or are permitted to use. Don’t use Decant to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights.
Purchases
Decant is free to try for your first 3 extractions. Unlimited use is a one‑time, non‑consumable in‑app purchase. There is no subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
Decant is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be error‑free or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serious Business Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Decant. Because extraction runs on your device and files stay with you, you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
